Series Information

 The life of Saul is found in chapters 8-31 of I Samuel.  That’s a lot of Scripture designated to one man, when many good characters of the Bible do not get that kind of exposure.  So maybe, King Saul’s life is important to learn from his failures of what NOT to do in the Christian life.  Saul even started off right, but came to a tragic end, far from the approval of God.  When our lives are assessed, what do others see, especially when it comes to our time to die?  Have we lived well?  Have we given God our all?  Have we followed God obediently?
