Part-Time Worship Leader Position Available

Living Springs Family Worship Center is a vibrant and growing community of believers located in Branford, Florida. Our mission is to passionately worship God, build strong relationships, and impact our community through love and service. We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team and lead our congregation in meaningful worship experiences.
Position: Worship Leader
Location: Living Springs Family Worship Center, Branford, FL
Job Type: Part-Time
Weekly stipend range of $200-$250, based on 10-15 hours weekly.
Weekend worship: 3-4 hours for Sunday AM service & additional special event services as needed.
Rehearsal leading: 2-3 hours weekly worship team practice
Additional duties: 3-5 hours weekly uploading ProPresenter, creating song lists, worship service planning, meeting with Pastor, and prayer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the congregation in worship during our weekly Sunday am services and any additional special services or events.
- Plan, coordinate, and rehearse worship services with the worship team, which may include vocalists and musicians.
- Select appropriate songs and create worship setlists that align with the message of each service.
- Create an atmosphere of authentic and engaging worship that encourages congregation participation.
- Collaborate with the pastor and other ministry leaders to ensure a seamless flow between worship and the overall service.
- Stay current with worship music trends and introduce new songs that resonate with the congregation.
Qualifications:
- Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for leading others into worship.
- Proficient instrumentalist with a keyboard and/or guitar.
- Previous experience leading worship in a church or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both in leading worship and interacting with team members.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with the church's policies.
